    This 30-minute breathing class is offered as a stand-alone session that perfectly complements your overall wellness routine. You have the flexibility to attend just the breathing session or pair it with our restorative Pilates class, which finishes at 10 a.m. Both classes work in harmony to enhance recovery, promote relaxation, and build mental focus throughout your day. Plus, for those who choose to attend both sessions, special discounts are available using the provided codes. Enjoy the freedom to tailor your experience to best suit your wellness needs!

  • When: Tuesdays, immediately after the restorative Pilates session

    • Time: 10:15–10:45 a.m.
       

  • Where: Yealand Village Hall (in-person) and via Zoom
     

  • Pricing:

    • Single Session: £7 per class

    • 6-Class Package: £33 (equivalent to £5.50 per class)
