Ladies who play football or any active sport, and coaches who train women athletes - Do you know the importance of pelvic floor health?



Did you know that pelvic floor health is an important part of overall fitness? Whether you're running, weightlifting, playing football, or just staying active, your pelvic floor muscles play a huge role in your movement and health!


Common doesn’t mean normal!  Many women experience symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD), but it’s often not talked about enough. With more focus being put on women’s sports, especially football, this is finally starting to change—and it’s time we got informed.


If you or someone you know (sisters, daughters, friends!) are experiencing:


  • Leakage during exercise or laughing

  • Lower back or pelvic pain

  • A heavy feeling in your pelvis


These may be signs of PFD, and it’s something we can treat and improve together!
