A 30-minute functional breathing class to help boost energy, reduce stress, and support overall wellness. Based on Oxygen Advantage principles. Breathing is something we do every day, but are you breathing efficiently? Join my Breathe for Vitality class and learn simple, effective techniques to optimise your breathing for better energy, focus, and calm. This 30-minute session is perfect for anyone looking to incorporate mindful breathing into their weekly routine. Why Choose Breathe for Vitality? What you will need: Your exercise mat, cushion, and/or block for comfortable sitting and lying. A blanket is optional, too. What to Expect: Gentle, guided breathing exercises based on the foundational principles of the Oxygen Advantage. Please note: This class is not currently intended for individuals with severe breathing issues or conditions such as COPD. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 2 hours before the start of the session, you will be refunded by a credit to the package used to make the booking or by the gifting of a package that will enable you to book an alternative session. Any queries about refunds should go directly to Sam at Fitness Dynamics. To cancel a class, go as if to book the service on the website or App, and instead of 'Book' you will see 'Cancel'. All your bookings are available to see in your profile area. For any problems with cancelling or last-minute emergencies, please message Sam.
