As a personal wellness coach, my passion lies in helping individuals achieve optimal body and mind wellness through a smart and holistic approach. My expertise includes Pilates, fascia, and pelvic health, with a special focus on supporting men and women during the peri-menopause years.
I believe that a healthy body and mind are interconnected and that one cannot achieve optimal wellness without addressing both. Through personalized coaching sessions, I aim to empower my clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their overall wellbeing.
In particular, I have a keen interest in Pilates, as it helps to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture, all of which are crucial for maintaining a healthy body as we age. I also specialize in fascia and pelvic health, as these areas are often overlooked but can have a significant impact on overall health and wellbeing.
For those going through the peri-menopause years, I understand the unique challenges that can arise, both physically and mentally. I am committed to helping individuals navigate this transitional phase with grace and ease, providing support and guidance every step of the way.
